By booking an appointment or receiving treatment with Bare Again Tattoo Removal, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure the safety of all clients and the integrity of our treatments and services.
Consultations
All new clients are required to complete a consultation prior to treatment, unless otherwise approved. This allows us to assess suitability, discuss your goals, and create a personalised treatment plan. In some cases, a patch test may be required before proceeding.
Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to professional assessment. Bare Again Tattoo Removal reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client. Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, skin condition, medications, and any previous treatments.
Results Disclaimer
Results vary between individuals and are influenced by factors such as skin type, tattoo characteristics (including ink colour, depth, and age), lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. No guarantee can be made regarding the number of sessions required or the final outcome.
Pricing & Payments
All pricing is subject to consultation and may vary depending on the treatment area and individual requirements. Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Consultation fees are redeemable toward treatment if performed on the same day.
Bookings & Deposits
Appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid disruption to other bookings. In some cases, this may be treated as a missed appointment.
Aftercare
Clients will be provided with aftercare instructions following each treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to follow these guidelines carefully. Failure to adhere to aftercare advice may affect results and increase the risk of adverse reactions, for which Bare Again Tattoo Removal is not liable.
Risks & Side Effects
While all treatments are performed with medical-grade technology and care, there are potential risks and side effects, including but not limited to redness, swelling, blistering, pigmentation changes, and incomplete removal. These will be discussed during your consultation.
Medical Conditions
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect treatment. Bare Again Tattoo Removal is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed information.
